Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Furniture Park. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The delivery representative will not be placing any items inside the residence unless requested. Please note, Furniture Park does not take responsibility for any injury/damage to the residence or those inside the residence if a request to enter the residence has been made.

In the event that an item is to be returned for reasons that are not due to our mistake or faulty/defective product, the customer is responsible for freight/shipping cost. Delivery charges are non-refundable once a delivery has been dispatched or attempted, even if the delivery is refused at the door.
