Order Handling & Processing Time

Order Processing Time: 0 Business Days Monday - Sunday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed same-day.

Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: Standard delivery is $0 and typically arrives within 4–8 business days. Shipped Monday to Sunday. 

Express Delivery: Express delivery is available for $50 and typically arrives within 1–3 business days. Shipped Monday to Sunday. 

Shipping Zones & Availability

• Service Area: We currently ship and deliver exclusively to addresses within Ontario, Canada.
• P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver large furniture items to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical residential or business address is required. 

Delivery Terms

Our standard delivery service delivers items to the customer's entrance, building lobby, or curbside, depending on the delivery location and accessibility. In-home placement may be available upon request and should be arranged with Furniture Park in advance.

Delivery Refusals & Failed Attempts

Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched or a delivery has been attempted. If a delivery is refused at the door for reasons other than a damaged or defective product, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

As outlined in our Return Policy, if an item is returned for buyer's remorse (reasons not due to a product fault or mistake on our part), the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping or pickup costs.
